SOUL Apartments Cronulla

Project Details

11 new, modern, stylish apartments in Cronulla are now fully-automated thanks to Ryelec. Lights, blinds, air-conditioning, scenes, everything is now controllable by the residents on their touch screens and smart devices. These homes are beachfront apartments in Cronulla and we aimed to reflect that aesthetic within our interfaces for this project — however, since we used the same interface across all the apartments, we tried to keep the style neutral so as to satisfy all the different customers’ tastes. An interesting aspect of this job which we had never done before was the addition of multi-residential intercom which calls the touch screens as well as the customers’ smart devices so they can see who is at the front door and even let them in if they wish.
